Good question!
Have you tried the Job Bid System everything employees after I
believe 1 year of employment are eligible to use the Job Bid Systems
usually posted in break rooms or upstairs in the Cafe will be job
that are available for you to bid on. Also upstairs in the Cafe
there is postings on what everyone job pays hourly. If you have not
reached your 3rd year of employment at your employer, it will also
give you an idea of what your hourly rate will be after 3 years also
known as Top "Rate" for the specific job. So if you think you would
like to try to the bidding system, keep checking for the newest jobs
available. And remember just because you want a different job
doesn't necessarily mean you will need to change departments or even
a different shift. Keep in mind when you do bid, make sure that it
is something that you may be interested in. Changes are eventually
you will find a job at your employer that suits you budget wise and
