Who's Mail is this?

Lately I have been getting a lot of
mail addressed to someone by the name of 'Occupant'(no last
name given oddly enough) and 'Current Resident'. Usually these
letters appear to be from credit card company's, or businesses
trying to sell something(oddly enough). Whoever these people are
they must have a lot of credit card debt. I wrote "return to
sender Occupant does not live here" on the letters I received
and dropped them in a mailbox. A few days later the later the
letters were returned to my house. I would like to give Mr.(or
Mrs.) resident and Occupant their mail but I have no idea how
to contact them. I have been to the post office to complain.
When I did the guy just looked at me and said "you're funny"
then walked away. I have tried to bring this matter up to my
neighbors asking them if they know Current Resident or Occupant.
When I do this they just start laughing hysterically. I have
been storing Current Resident and Occupants mail in my house
hoping to be able to track them down. I'm kind of starting to
run out of room to store it. What should I do.

Dear Confused
You have done all you can do. You
took the steps of trying to a good citizen in making that the
previous resident gets his/her mail. As what to do next? Maybe take
the time to do a little self research of your own on trying to track
down this unknown occupant . Good luck!
